Join Lower Paxton Township's Parks and Recreation Department along with the Lingletown Fire Company as they present the Annual Fireworks Display on Tuesday, July 3!

The Fireworks will begin at dusk at Koons Park.  Mark Your Calendar!

Join Lower Paxton Township for National Night Out for Public Safety on August 7 from 5 pm to 8 pm at George Park.
The event is free and open to the public.  This is a great opportunity for the community to come together and take a stand against crime and community problems.

Waste Management, as part of the solid waste and recyclables collection program, collects leaf waste at curbside 19 weeks per year. This service includes unlimited materials two times per month, beginning the week of April 8th this year.

Residents who purchase a Permit may also deliver leaf waste to Compost Facility on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays of each week from 7:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M.

The Compost Facility is open starting Tuesday, April 3rd.
 

 

 
The Planning Commission is working on a new Comprehensive Plan, which recommends Township’s policies to manage growth and development for the next 15 years. The Plan will include recommendations for changes to the Township’s development regulations.
In addition to land use and housing matters, the Plan will address natural features, transportation, community, facilities and services, as well as implementation.
