The Lower Paxton 250th Celebration will start with a large community parade and end with fireworks in George Park on October 14th.  Lower Paxton's 250th anniversary will celebrate the township's history with a multitude of events, including live music, art displays, and Revolutionary War reenactments.  It will include activities and events for the entire family.  Visit http://lowerpaxton250.com/ for more information.

Capital Region Water, Lower Paxton Township, and Susquehanna Township hereby give notice of the 30-day public comment period for its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Stormwater (NPDES) discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) Pollutant Reduction Plan (PRP).

The draft Joint Pollutant Reduction Plan was presented at a public meeting on August 15, 2017 starting at 6:00 pm at the Lower Paxton Township Municipal Center.  The 30-day public comment period ended September 1, 2017.  The Plan was submitted to the PA DEP by the September 16, 2017 deadline.
