This 33 acre park is the most popular of all township parks. Located in the heart of Linglestown off North Mountain Road and Larue Street, this facility offers:

• 3 picnic pavilions
• 4 lighted tennis courts
• 7 ball diamonds
• A concession area
• A football field
• Lighted basketball and volleyball courts
• Lots of paved parking
• Play equipment
• Restrooms

The independently operated Koons Swimming Pool is also located here.

Ball Fields / Courts

Please fill out the Ball Field Request Form (PDF) and return to the Parks and Recreation Department to reserve a field. Please call 717-657-5635 to confirm availability of date. Take a look at our Ball Field Rentals page for more information.

• 1 shuffleboard court
• 2 bocce courts
• 2 horseshoe pits
• 2 volleyball courts (lights available until 10 pm)
• 3 basketball courts (lights available until 10 pm)
• 3 softball fields
• 4 baseball fields (1 lighted)
• 4 tennis/pickleball courts (lights available until 10 pm)

Additional Information

• The playground apparatus is appropriate for youths ages 3 through 12.
• Koons Park provides off street parking at three different sites for over 200 cars.
