Friends of the Parks

We encourage community members with a vision to see our local parks grow and
improve to consider joining the Friends of Lowerfamily with dog walking in park Paxton Parks. Members of the Friends of the Parks are the champions for supporting park improvements and volunteer projects. Together we can ensure the responsible use and care of our park system for generations to come.

The $100 annual membership fee can be donated online, mailed, or paid via cash or check at the Municipal Center. Mail to: Parks & Recreation Department, 425 Prince St., Harrisburg, PA 17109.
